To lead First Baptist at Weston in corporate, personal, and life-style worship that is expressed biblically, passionately, and authentically.

Our Values:

Understanding that as a part of the worship ministry team, we are called also as individuals to live a lifestyle of worship, we value:

1.     Committing to faithfully attending rehearsals.

2.     Regular involvement in a small group.

3.     A daily personal quiet time with God.

4.     Humility in leadership, keeping the focus centered on Jesus and not ourselves.

5.     Personal preparation for corporate worship before leading others in corporate

        worship.

6.     Intentially seeking opportunities to live out what we belive in our lives, our families

        and our church.
