This page is geared primarily toward small group leaders, but many of the resources and links provided here will benefit anyone who is responsible for influencing others (parents, spouses, employers, employees, etc.) One of the tools to help leaders is the small groups blog. This is an on-going teaching tool to help communicate important topics to small group leaders. Links to leadership sites. Malphurs Group: Aubrey Malphurs is an expert on church leadership. Be sure to look at the "Downloads" section for some great resources. Patrick Lencioni's books: Patrick Lencioni is an author of some great leadership books. This link takes you to a listing of each of his books, including downloads of the highlights of each book, articles, and interviews of the author. Leadership is a critical component to successful small group life. A good leader can keep the group focused on the mission of seeing spiritual transformation, meaningful relationships are developed, and care for others is expressed and practiced by the group. At First Baptist Church at Weston, we seek to develop people to maximize the gifts, skills, talents, and passions God has entrusted to them to lead.
