Programs include Babies, Toddlers & One's, Two's, Three's and Four year-olds
Baby Playgroup: 9:00 - 10:15 a.m. session
A nurturing and bonding experience for mother and child. Emphasis is on stimulating the senses through music, touch, and specialized baby activities. Age 2 months - 11 months.
Toddler Class: 9:00-10:15 a.m. or 10:30-11:45 a.m.
Age 12 months - 23 months
Emphasis is on language and communication, listening skills, and socialization. Class time includes:
Free Play Time: Activity centers using educational toys, dramatic play, puzzles, Play-Doh, blocks, and much more to stimulate learning and fun!
Movement to Music Time: 30 minutes of singing, dancing, puppetry, and musical instruments.
Arts & Crafts Time: We paint, glue, color, and create beautiful works of art for you to take home and decorate your refrigerator with or place in a scrapbook to remember your time together at Mommy and Me.
Two's: 9:00-10:15 a.m. or 10:30-11:45 a.m.
These classes are similar to the toddler classes but involve more advanced activities. Songs and dances involve following simple directions that encourages language. Children develop self confidence as they learn to make friends and relate to the teacher.
Three's & Four's: 9:00-10:15 a.m. or 10:30-11:45 a.m.
These classes involve more advanced activities and emphasis on letter, color, and number recognition. It is a fine way to bridge the gap for the eventual leap into preschool.
